We are looking for a Strategic AccountManager to create and nurture long-term relationships with a designated keyaccount customers. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure customersare satisfied with our services. The ideal candidate will build strongrelationships with your assigned strategic customers. You will be able toidentify needs and requirements to promote our company?s solutions and achieve
mutual satisfaction.

In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who?s able to grasp customer
needs and to represent the interest of both the client and the organization. If
you have a commercial and/or operational background with an analytical mindset
and knowledge of our industry, we?d like to meet you.

Your responsibilities:

?Expanding the relationship with the
customer by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives and
advise on creating profitable processes

?Participate in weekly, monthly or
quarterly meetings with internal teams to review customer issues and
participate in strategic discussions to address customers? business needs

?Collaborate with cross-functional
teams and assist with identifying opportunities to increase our value
proposition to the customer. Includes working with Solutions teams on revenue
expansion opportunities, new lanes and products

?Build cross-functional relationship
between F&A and the client and be the owner of the customer?s P&L whichinvolves warehousing and transportation management

?Prepare regular reports of progress
and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key accountmetrics

?Oversight and scope management of
business after implementation of new business or expansion of current business
activities by solutions and implementation teams.   

?Ensure both the company and clients
adhere to contract terms

What do you need in this job?

?Bachelor or Master in Supply Chain,
Business Administration or Economics related field.

?You have relevant
working experience in an operational or commercial role within the Logistics/Supply
Chain Management industry

?Excellent organizational skills,
detail oriented and self-motivated

?Strong analytical skills and excellent
knowledge of MS Office

?Strong communication and interpersonal
skills with ability to connect and develop strong internal and external

?Experience in a customer facing role
with proven success and strong negotiation skills 

?Ability to manage and participate in
multiple projects and initiatives at once

?Proficient English language skills,
both oral and written, other languages are an asset
