Position SummarySupport and initiate improvement of existing processes and successful implementation of new processes or services, both within the 4-walls operations and the EMEA network. Generate solid information and enable management decisions related to change. Help build and upkeep a?knowledge centre? for existing processes, (past) change initiatives and implementation of change.Key Accountabilities
  • Process and data analysis
  • Cost/Benefit analysis (CBA)
  • Development, design and evaluation of the EMEA Post Sales network from a structural and process point of view
  • Present ideas and solutions to internal country and program management and convince internal stakeholders
  • Analysis of commercial, operational and financial implications of proposed network changes
  • Development and maintenance of models used to better understand and predict specific business needs (e.g. capacity model)
  • Understanding and effective use of standardized templates and models
  • Project managing network implementations
  • Directing / leading project analysts and fulfilling role model function
  • Coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT) for releases to the warehouse management system (WMS)
  • To develop initiatives to better meet customer demands while further enhancing revenue and profitability for the organization
  • Work closely together with all departments involved in the change processes (e.g. operations, IT, Finance, Program Management etc.)
  • Effective participation in meetings/workshops with customers 

Job requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS -Excel, -Access, -Visio, -Word, -Projects
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure effective communication, internally and externally, at all levels
  • Must be fluent in English, speaking, reading and writing (preferred also German and/or French)

Education and Work Experience

  • HBO/WO in Logistics, Industrial Engineering and Management Science or Business
  • 0 to 2 years? experience in requirement analysis, process design and information flow
  • 0 to 2 years? experience with WMS / ERP IT applications
  • 0 to 4 years? experience in warehousing and distribution (preferably in SPL environment_
  • 0 to 2 years' experience in project management
